Dr. Fernandez, accompanied by the Presidents of NJCU and Kean University, presided over the ribbon cutting ceremony ushering in the Jersey City Arts High School Program to its new location: Grossnickle Hall on the campus of New Jersey City University!
This event to remember involved students registered in the program, and many supporters of the JCPS District's commitment to arts education!
